La Biscuiterie Namuroise se positionne comme fabricant de biscuits artisanaux et locaux comme on les aimait tant. Les biscuits sont issus de recettes inspirées de 1908 qui proviennent du grand-père d’un des fondateurs.
L’ancienneté des recettes nous permet de disposer de produits naturels qui se résument à des biscuits frais, sans conservateurs et sans additifs. La création du projet est venue de l’envie de relancer l’entrepreneuriat namurois et de redonner ses lettres de noblesse aux biscuits d’antan.

Ce sentiment de revenir à l’originel est collé dans notre ADN et dans notre mode de fonctionnement.

Souhaitant apporter notre contribution au monde du biscuit, nous souhaitons révolutionner l’industrialisation et montrer au monde que produire beaucoup ne veut pas dire dénaturer le produit.

La richesse de ce que l’on est aujourd’hui, on le doit à la qualité de nos biscuits et à l’histoire qu’il raconte quand vous les goûtez.

Par définition, les biscuits sont croquants, croustillants et secs. C’est ce que met en avant et produit La Biscuiterie Namuroise.
