Flow Solutions is a management, consulting and engineering company active
among other things in operational management, continuous improvement,
and lean manufacturing for industrial companies. As the CEO of the
company, my goal is to helps other organizations to be more sustainable
and efficient, while being part of a sustainable and circular approach.
I am currently managing the ICT division of Thelis (Namur), expert in
Intelligence Artificial and IT solutions.
Ciseo is specialised in the design and manufacture of special machines and
medical equipment for all life sciences sectors such as the pharmaceutical,
medical and biotech sectors. Main customers are GSK, Sanofi, Pfizer, ….
My 2 years mission as COO was to actively restart and develop the activity:
• Engagement of 30 people in a very short time
• Successfully restart more than 10 technical projects for big accounts of the
pharmaceutical sector such as GSK, Sanofi, Pfizer,… (up to 800k€ to 1.2M€
per project)
• Pilot change management in a crisis situation of a bankruptcy recovery
• Create, and control operational indicators (Cost, delay, quality)
• Implement actions to achieve ISO9001 and ISO 13485 certifications
Citius Engineering is specialised in the design and production of custom
machines and means of productionfor customer such as Safran, CMI, AB
Inbev, ABB, AW Europe …
As a Business developer, my challenge was to
• Identify new needs and business potentials (prospection)
